AMBA is a dynamic fibre infrastructure provider. We connect customers to the internet and manage the connection after the installation.

We build optic fibre networks and upgrade ICT towers. The broadband systems we install include:

  • Fibre to the home (FTTH)
  • Fibre to the business (FTTB)
  • Fibre to the exchange (FTTX)
  • Fibre to the street (FTTS)



The executive directors and staff own 100% of the company. Our key objective is to deliver world-class business talent and strategic ICT value in Telecoms, Networking, Hardware, Project Management, software and ICT enterprise service support initiatives through our comprehensive strategic partnerships and collaborations and group attributes.

Part of our culture is to give back to the community via our CSI (Community Social Investment) programme initiatives, SMME forums with regards to skills development as well as technical, commercial and resource assistance. With the assistance of Zakheni’s ZTQ Solutions sister company, the ultimate goal is to empower the SMME’s to become independent and operate at a higher level.

AMBA consortium members has a proud track record of assisting both our enterprise development partners as well as local business. AMBA remains flexible having successfully completed projects in some of the most remote parts of South Africa. Many of our contracts have involved projects categorized as deep rural such as Mpumalanga, the Eastern Cape, Northern KwaZulu Natal and other areas.

Our Skills development model consists of a skill training and development program. During this programme, the candidate is intensively trained into ICT specialist arenas and is also exposed to a work environment where valuable experience is gained.


Our services are user-friendly and intuitive, with a focus on ease-of-use and functionality. We implore an agile methodology to ensure that the service is delivered on time and within budget. Our teams work closely with our clients throughout the from Project Initiation till project handover, ensuring client needs are met and that the final product meets their expectations using best practices and high skilled and profoundly experienced personnel including proactively passing on knowledge and expertise to Youth, women and previously disadvantaged people such as the disabled, youth and women. AMBA develops opportunities to empower persons with disabilities and previously disadvantaged with life skills, technical skills, and furthering of studies. We ensure our procurement value chain includes doing business with companies and enterprises owned by persons with disabilities.

We assist and support smaller companies, where the majority of the jobs are created, to be able to establish reasonable accommodation and conditions to support persons with disabilities.

We ensure skills transfer to persons with disabilities and establish empowerment programmes aimed at enabling persons with disabilities to become future managers, supervisors and business owners. AMBA endeavors to provide robust inter-operable, integrated systems and infrastructure that reinforces ICT Municipal strategic goals and objectives. The programmes will intensify the effective use of IT facilities to ensure improved service delivery through aligning ICT and Municipalities with organizational business imperatives.
